Amenities at Noah's Gym
Cardio Room
We have a specific room that focuses on cardio. Within the cardio section are different type of cardo machines that will help to burn the most amount of calories suffently. The gym currently has 15 tredmills, 15 ellipticals, 10 bikes, 2 stair steppers, and 2 rowing machines.
Weight Room
Our gym has a great weight room for those interested in building muscle. The weight room consists of free weights along with cable machines, and hammer strength. The weight room currently has dumbells that go up to 120 pounds, 5 squat racks, 5 benches, 2 deadlift platforms, and hammer strength machines set up curcuit styled.
Sauna and Shower
Don't forget to rest up and get clean after a hard workout. Our state of the art sauna will be set at 170 degrees to induce relaxation. The showers, which are both in the mens and womens locker room, are open to all members to use.
Protein Shake Bar
Come stop by on your way out and grab a delicous protein shake made by our front desk staff who have perfected the shakes.
